Very satisfied with the warranty service

I was very happy to find out that Jandy had such an excellent response to two lights that were defective in my pool that I purchased from a local pool store. They had their warranty technicians come to my home immediately and give me two lights that were even more expensive than the previous ones.

My 2005 LJ175N Lite2 heater needs a new flame sensor and the original flame sensor has been replaced with burner assembly which is not in stock and costs $280. The service co. Installed

The service co. installed an off the shelf flame sensor and it is working fine. CanI still get a Jandy flame sensor for this heater???

Cracked filter The 2nd one why cant you make a sand filter that is worth the money your customer service sucks No call back

Should be zero for most.

No number to contact. Sent email and never heard back. Have warranty part that needs replacement.

Do not want to spend $400 to replace a warranty part that they will not get back to me about.

Failure of pool pump housing

I just had to replace the pool pump housing which was installed in 2014. The pump actually developed a leak in the housing of the pump!

(Defective). Had to replace the housing to a tune of $400. This should not happen! I can understand a deal going bad but not *** developing in a solid part of the pump!

Seems like this would be covered by your company! I understand it happens quite often with this pump!

Can’t get an answer

My entire pool system is Jandy its all only a few months old so far my Jandy led lights have broken twice it cost me $900 each time to replace lights . Still cant in touch with anyone very disappointed

Jandy Pool heater worked ONE time and has not since

I had a Jandy heater installed last August and began to leak this spring, its been used one time. Its now 7 weeks and counting with nary a response from Jandy.

6 phone calls to the area rep whos greeting says Ill contact you asap without a peep. Followed by multiple text asking when I can expect to have it repaired. Ive already missed hosting two pool parties because its broken. I emailed Jandy Tech support who promptly emailed back with a model number question only to be dropped off the radar after multiple repeated attempts to ask via email where this stands.

The cherry on top was calling their customer help phone number only to reach the department that said closed for the day at 3 pm. A complete and total ripoff.

Salt system cell rip off

I have my pool for 26 months and the Jandy Aquapure 1400 is no longer working, the cell is already done and have to be replaced: here comes the Rip-off the cost is $900!!!!!! For a piece of plastic with metal plates inside.

Forget about the limited warranty, the small lines "exceptions" are excluding all possible failures!

This is such a disappointment to take customers for stupid!!

Bad equipment

Jandy products worst ever. Pools been installed three years all three lights have gone out.

And when they do work they only last for 30 minutes and overheat. $550 per light within three years. Pool pump cracked had to be replaced within one year.

Spa and pool heater will no longer function. Connectivity with Internet is very poor

This Company is a junk Company.Filter has a crack they replaced the filter with another one and it has done the same thing cracked and spewing water like the first one

Replaced filter in 2018 New . It got a stress crack so they replaced it .

The one they replaced it with has the same crack as the last one .Spewing water . Calling they said the warranty goes back to when I purchased it in 2018 . They were no help at all And I find them a Chicken *** Company that will not stand by there products. I would and wife buy anything from this Company.

They also said they discontinued this filter system . I wonder why . I will stand out side the local pool stores and tell customers to be sure to buy Hayward. They have the best products for the money .

The only reason I replaced it was 12 years old and worked fine. But the pool co. Recommend Jandy junk. I am 67 years old.

Not 67 years Stupid.

WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHICKEN *** COMPANY. AMERICA USE TO HAVE GREAT COMPANIES.BUT THAT WAS ALONG TIME AGO

Heater not working

Ongoing since Oct 2020 I have had replaced board twice and it alwsys breaks. Cant use pool due to arthritis DDD due to no heat.

K1100 Water Levelor goes on-off too often

We have a Jandy K1100 Electronic Water Levelor which over all we have been happy with over the years. Now it comes on for 15 or so seconds in the morning then shuts off but it does this every few minutes 8 to 10 times.

I have cleaned the sensors with my fingers trying to rub off any residue.

Doesn't seem to help. Should I use something else to clean the sensors or do you think the problem is something else.

My heater has gone out approx 6 + times since installation and again now when turned on it flips circuit breaker off. The heating element has been replaced 2/3 times.

Very disappointed with Jandy system. Only had pool one year.

Brand new pool pump doesn’t work.
