The product does not keep generating salt like it is supposed to. I called the Fluidra/Jandy phone number over 6 times also stayed on hold for over 2 hours.
No one answered the call. Sent 2 emails with absolutely no response. Product was purchased in March and installed by a pool company. It doesnt work & no warranty assistance!!!
Buyer beware!!! Video shows I was on hold for over 2 plus hours!!!

Salt water converter failed in <2 months. The part to fix it is being sent but the company does not cover the cost of installation/repair.
Another $200 to fix the unit after just buying it! Customer service did not seem bothered either.
Preferred solution: Compensation to cover the service fee for installing the broken part

Can’t get help from customer service
Our salt cell which is still under warranty is no longer working. We have tried for the last two months to get someone from Jandy to help us.
We have called multiple times and no person picked up the phone. We have sat on hold for countless hours never to reach a person. We have tried getting a call back on four different occasions and received none. We have also emailed them and they have not responded.
I honestly do not think anyone works in their customer service. We are so disappointed as we went with Jandy because we thought they had quality products and customer service but we were wrong.

My husband and I have been calling the customer service phone number since last week every day at random times throughout the day and continue to get the same automated response stating they have higher than normal call volume and to call back the next business day. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.
There is not even a hold option, the line just hangs up!
Don't waste your time or money on Jandy, go with Hayward! I didn't choose Jandy, my pool builder did and unfortunately they are no better and I don't want them back on our property so I'm stuck dealing with calling Jandy customer service.
Preferred solution: a returned call to get a resolution on our issue would be great!

Verified ReviewerHeat exchange not working and will not honor warrenty
My heat exchange went bad 1.5 years after install. Authorized dealer came to inspect and submitted a report.
No copy for and did not test while I was present. Janet says chemicals were off and will not cover.
Now I am filing a lawsuit. Beware.

12v 20w LED pool light lens have water droplets inside caused LED to damage / flickering.
I had previously called and spoke to your call center personnel re. LED light issue, he said its under warranty and i need to call a representative to troubleshoot and they would send in the report so as to access the warranty replacement of 2 LED lights, i did so, and this morning received a proposal from your rep for over $1,800.00 to resolved this.
I already paid $110.00 for your representative (Kamakazi - Clermont Florida) to troubleshoot as requested by your call center, although i am 100% capable and is certified by the board of industrial training, and City and guilds of London in electrical engineering, also a Florida state certified & licensed to preform this types of electrical work. Yet had to pay your rep to do tbe troubleshooting, and now felt as if i am being subject to getting ripped off. I already paid the pool contractor (during the pool construction) to supply and installed these lights, he recommended Jandy, i went with his recommendation. These lights didn't worked much - maybe total of 800 ~1200 hrs since installed.
Very disappointed - lens wasn't properly sealed and allowed water inside causing the LED to destroy.
If you can send me replacement lens and the LED module i can fix it. If not the complete unit as advised by your call center personnel.
Can you please contact me so this issue can be resolved?.
User's recommendation: Jandy doesn't send warranty replacement to the product user, they used local contractors to troubleshoot and submit the details so as to evaluate if the warranty is warranted. I was expecting the contractor to do as was expected. Instead they sent me a proposal to replace my LED pool light for a cost for over $1800.00 they either didn't submit the claim or they trying to sell me the lights. After contacting Jandi I received an account number which I asked their contractors to use and access the parts which Jandi agreed it under warranty and I don't need to pay for it. Please follow every step during this process to avoid being in a situation where Jandy appears to be at fault when they weren't. It's their rep who they need to be monitored. Presently the warranty is processing as per Jandy rep. - giving them a few days to see if it's going to be profficional moving forward.
Lack of TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!
This equipment does not operate for long without TECHNICAL SUPPORT! Very hard to get a return call or text after many attempts.
Recently the robot responded "call back tomorrow!" no chance to even leave a call back number!
From the other reviews, it appears I am not alone with this company! Now what

According to my service tech, my Jandy pool pump is not working. It was installed on 12/24/20.
I believe it is still under warranty.
What do I need to do or tell the technician to do in order to pick up a new one and install it? The serial number on the pump is AH EH03 01** **** **.

Salt cell broke after less then a year
Broken salt cell and not able to get through to customer support for warranty replacement or help. Not happy!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Jandy replaced my light..
This light only lasted 2 years with minimal use. The warranty replacement light again only lasted 2 years with even less use. When I contacted Jandy - Fluidra I was told I will need to purchase another light which is around $1,000 and that my replacement light was not covered under a new warranty, it goes back to the original purchase date.
Obviously they know their products are junk otherwise what company would not stand by their products. If its my 1st light or my 5th light if the company truly believed they made quality products one would think they would stand by them.

Preferred solution: My light replaced that should be covered under the warranty.

It generates chlorine from salt. It does NOT generate salt. Have you checked your water temp and read the manual to fully understand how and when it works?
